The Prince George’s African American Museum & Cultural Center
The Prince George’s African American Museum & Cultural Center is creating a completely new kind of institution.
By using the African American experience as a guide, the Center will present programming, exhibitions and performances that explore the human condition through history, arts and culture, ethnicity, religion, spirituality and faith, and folk traditions and customs. The Center will showcase the contributions of people of African descent who are from or who live and work in Prince George’s County.
